THE USUAL STORY
Sound Familiar?
Most people who ring Jack have already been through at least one of these. Here's how we handle it instead.
Two tradies said they'd come and quote. Neither turned up.
Jack answers his own phone and turns up when he says he will.
Every quote is a different price and none of them explain why.
Your quote spells out the prep, the product and the finish, so you can see what you are paying for.
The place looks tired next to the neighbours' and it's dragging the value down.
A full render resets the whole street front — same house, completely different first impression.
You're worried the render will crack again in a year.
Cracks come from skipped prep. Walls get properly prepared before a trowel touches them.
There's a better way to do this.
